Our spacious, bright oceanfront condo offers spectacular views of the sea from almost all rooms. Large sliding glass doors lead from both the master bedroom and the living room to a spacious balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the sunrise over the ocean.

New Smyrna Beach is a quiet seaside town that boasts many great restaurants and shops. Many of these are located on historic Flagler Avenue, just a ten minute walk down the beach from our condo.
Within an hour or less you can drive to many Florida tourist attractions including Disney, MGM, Universal, Sea World, water parks, Cape Canaveral National Seashore, Kennedy Space Center and the Daytona International Speedway. Golf courses, tennis courts, beach rentals, fishing charters, and many other activities are available in town.

We have included many extra amenities to ensure that your vacation is the best ever. In the master bedroom you will find a king bed, separate dressing area, walk-in closet, and private bath in addition to a cable TV and lounge chair.
The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, two leather recliners, a 32" cable TV with surround sound, DVD, and VCR.
The guest bedroom has two twin beds, cable TV, cable internet connection, and a nintendo game system. There is a full bath in the adjacent hall.
Our kitchen comes fully equipped and has all full size appliances. Linens for the kitchen, bath and bedroom are also provided. A washer and dryer is adjacent to our unit.
Outside, enjoy our heated pool, shaded lanai, shuffleboard, and putting green. There is a private, shared garage for our guests.
