If you enjoy beautiful mountain scenery and breathtaking views, Summit County is the place to be. Any time of the year, you will find ample activities to meet every taste. If you prefer, you can just relax in our lovely townhouse which is perfect for a large family or group. Snowbird has beds (not sofa sleepers) for eight people plus an infant's bed. It has three bedrooms, plus a spacious loft bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, two baths, fireplace, and a private sauna for six. There are two cable televisions with VCRs and a CD stereo.

The two-story townhouse is on the third floor of a ten unit building in the Wildernest subdivision in Silverthorne. This condo does not share a wall with any other unit. It is conveniently located near the world-class ski resorts of Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, and Arapahoe Basin. Vail, Loveland, Beaver Creek and Ski Cooper are just a short drive away. A free bus will take you just about any where you want to go, including the ski resorts mentioned above. Fully equipped recreational centers with giant pools and indoor and outdoor hot tubs are located in nearby Silverthorne and Breckenridge.

Rates range from $130 a night during the summer to $250 a night during high ski season. During the Holiday Ski season the rate is $300 a night. A $100 refundable deposit will reserve your time and I'll send a video tape.

Rates per night.

Usually a four night minimum.

Less than seven nights, please add $95.00 for cleaning.

Spring Summer and Fall.........................$130 per night or $850 per week.

Ski Season..............................$250 per night or $1500 per week

Major Holidays.............................$300.00 per night or $2000 per week. (President's Week, New Years, & Christmas) Rates are for a maximum of eight people. Snowbird has regular beds to sleep eight. In addition, there is a queen size sleeper sofa. There is also a port-a-crib. Babies are not counted toward the eight person maximum. A $200 deposit security deposit is required for first time renters. Master Card and Visa are accepted.
